Can FM be imported to Adobe After Effects as .mov file?

I am looking for a morph program that can morph a birds' wing from the down position to the up position (through various stages). I am using XP pro, but like .mov files better than .avi. I want to import the results to After Effects to add to a logo of a goose "flying: in front of a blue circle. AE would move the birdimage as the wing "lifts".

Can I use FantaMorph for the morphing portion of this and edit it in After Effects?

Of course you can use FantaMorph for this morph.
However, FantaMorph can't export .mov files directly. It is recommended to export your morph as AVI format, then edit it in After Effects or export it to a .mov file.
