Fun With FantaMorph

I bought Fantamorph about a year ago. Just receiverd my new PC runnig Windows Vista and reinstalled Fantamorph. But my registration code is not accepted.
I already send 2 e-mails to support, but no answer yet. Is there anyway we can solve this issue?

We actually not received any your email. It looks there must be a problem between your email server and ours.
In fact, we have sent you an upgrade email in October 2007. If you use the new serial number we told you in that email, you can register the new version 4 of FantaMorph without any problem.
I'll resend you the upgrade email right now. If you still can't receive it, please give us your alternative email address.
