question about morph on samples page

How was this morph done? http://www.fantamorph.com/sample16.htm I would like to know if there are instructions for this as I was looking to do something exactly like this about a year ago. Thanks

You can create a warp project under instructions in the tutorial "How to Create Warp Movies".
On the Image 2, just move some dots to new positions like an angle rotated.
