Order Process

It's simple, easy and fast, just Step 1-2-3!

Step 1

Please place an order from the Purchase page. Choose your desired effect, size, accessories, etc. or simply choose a recommended promo pack.
After you pay the order by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or PayPal, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you want to pay by Check, Purchase Order, Wire Transfer, etc. please contact us before you place the order.

Step 2

Send us the digital files (source images or FantaMorph source project) for your CMP project by Email or FTP. You will receive the detailed upload instructions after step 1.
In order to accomplish the best quality, please submit digital files according to the Photo Requirements page. If the files you submitted not meet the basic rules, for example, image resolution is too low, you will be asked for resending new files. If you can't provide suitable files, your order will be returned and you will get a full refund.

Step 3

We produce morph photos for you within 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday except holidays) and then shipped out by the Normal Postal Service or Worldwide Express.
For most countries, orders shipped by the Normal Postal Service will arrive in 7-15 days, but orders shipped by the Worldwide Express will arrive in only 2-5 days.

    In most cases, any photo that has been taken by a professional photographer is protected by copyright law and therefore can not be reproduced with out the permission of the photographer. This includes school photos and many event photos. Please check the back of pictures for a "Do Not Duplicate" or other copyright notices, or if the photographer's name appears on the photo.
    By uploading photos you (the sender) automatically acknowledge that the pictures being sent are NOT professional copyrighted photographs and that you take full responsibility that you have not violated any copyright laws.
    If Abrosoft receives a photograph that appears to possibly be a professional photo, we will require that you get a Photographer's Copyright Release form, or other applicable documentation from the photographer before we will process your order.
    Abrosoft reserve the right to not process any photo as we deem fit for any reason. We thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.

Return Policy

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a morph photo product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
    1. Complete the section of your invoice titled Exchange/Return form. Next to the item you are returning, indicate on the form the quantity and reason for each return item. Also indicate exchange or additional order items.
    2. Box the item securely. The original invoice is required. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and accessories.
    3. Address your package by using the return shipping label provided also on the invoice.
    4. After we receive the return package, we will issue a refund to the original credit card or PayPal account for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable. Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items sent.
