How much is the additional cost for International Shipping for a 8x10 and long will does it take once I place an order for it to reach an international destination ?

Problem Exporting in any file extension
The sample project when exported gives me the same result- white frames not black. I went ahead and installed the latest driver which was released last March 2011 (GE Force GTX 280M). Restarted the computer & still have the same problem. Please advise what I need to do next. Appreciate your assistan...
