Accurate positioning of key frames

Post by rwrey »

Would it be possible, in a future version, to be able to add key control points to tracks and curves accurately, that is by using the keyboard to enter the frame number where you want the control point to occur.

For instance, I want to stay on image 1 for 50 frames then, as the morph begins, use the camera to zoom and crop the image from frame 51 onwards. I can accurately set in 'Sequence Length' how long I want to stay on image 1, but when using the camera to zoom and crop I have to set the 'Preview' window slider to frame 51 and then in the 'Camera Curve' window I have to drag the control point with my mouse until I see the zoom begin to occur in the 'Preview' window. This seems to me to be a bit of a 'hit and miss' method.
