Flash movie problem

When taking two images and morphing them the Flash movie is coming out as a brown vertical lined screen rather than the morphed images,
Any suggests please?

Dear Celeste,
It seems you're using an old version of FantaMorph. We have fixed this problem that only occurs on few types of video cards. So please download the latest version from our site at
http://www.fantamorph.com/download/FantaMorphSetup.exe, remove the old version and re-install the new one.
I think you will export correct Flash movie soon.
