Beginning with version 4.0, you can connect the independent key dots with lines. This will not affect the final morphing effects, but it makes the key dots grouped and organized well. As you see the example below, the key dots on the left face are messy, but the same key dots on the right face look orderly after we organize them with lines.

Also, using lines makes it more easier to edit related key dots. Just move cursor on a line segment and drag it, all joint lines as well as the connected dots will be moved together. If you click on a line, all key dots connected to the line will be selected, you can then move, scale, cut, delete or copy them.
