New .fme files

What's the process for exporting "Editing Frames". I can find information to Import the .fme files, but not how to Export them. In fact, the Help File seems to indicate that FantaMorph can Import the .fme, but NOT Export it!... ... ... Huh?!!?

Just choose the File/Export Image 1 or Export Image 2 menu to export an editing frame to a .fme file.
When export, choose "FantaMorph Editing Frame (*.fme)" from the "Save as Type" list.
